With a strong background in supporting vulnerable communities and advocating for their needs, Disha has developed a deep understanding of human behavior and empathy, which she now applies to creating user-centered designs at VarahiSoft.

Her unique journey has equipped her with the skills to blend the art of design with a focus on enhancing the user experience, ultimately aiming to create meaningful and impactful solutions. She now leads the UX department at VarahiSoft, where she continues to make a positive difference. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, finding inspiration in new experiences.

With over 20 years of experience in business development and a strong track record of driving revenue growth and fostering strategic partnerships, He brings his expertise to VarahiSoft's dynamic team. He is passionate about cultivating new business opportunities and implementing innovative strategies to drive the company's expansion and success. When not working, he loves to be with his family and listening to melodies

Mihir is the elder brother of Mrs Disha Jaani. Mihir is an accomplished senior software architect and a principal engineer at leading multinational corporations worldwide. He possesses a strong enthusiasm for open-source technologies, finding them invigorating due to the challenges and opportunities they offer for customization. Mihir excels as a team leader, adept at extracting the best from his team members.

With a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Mihir is poised to become a successful solution architect, relishing challenges along the way. His passion lies in crafting unique software products from the ground up, showcasing his aptitude for exceptional user interfaces. When he's not busy working, he loves travelling and exploring tasty vegetarian cuisine across the globe.
